• Ajo savings functionality.
• Split subscriptions and payments.
• Virtual card services.

• Provide accurate information.
• Avoid fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Respect other users and platform guidelines.
• Maintain sufficient wallet balance where required.

• Money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Unauthorized account access.
• Abuse of promotions or platform systems.
• Distribution of harmful or illegal content.

Billey shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage, service interruptions, or third-party failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
